C Jack Daniels whiskey

White onion, chopped

CLOVES Garlic, minced

C Ketchup

C Dark molasses
1/2
C Brown sugar, packed
1/3
C White vinegar
1/4
C Worcestershire sauce
1/4
C Tomato paste

Jalepeño chile, minced

TBL Salt
1/2
TSP Fresh ground pepper

TSP White pepper

DASHES Tabasco Habanero sauce

DROPS Liquid Mesquite Smoke

Sauté onion, garlic and bourbon in a medium saucepan until onion and garlic are
soft, translucent and starting to brown, about 8 minutes. Add all remaining
ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 20 min. stirring
constantly. Strain if you want a smooth sauce. Makes 4 cups.
