C Crème Fraiche or sour cream

C Plain yogurt

TBL Tequila Repesado

Roasted Poblano Chile, Seeds and veins removed, chopped very fine

TBL Finely chopped Italian Parsley

CLOVES Garlic, minced

TSP Key lime juice

TSP Salt
1/2
TSP White pepper

TSP Brown sugar

Whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, crème fraiche, yogurt and tequila.
Stir in all other ingredients.

Set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour for flavors to marry.
